Delivery Information
UK Delivery Costs:
- All UK mainland orders have a flat delivery fee of £3.95.
- Free delivery on orders over £64 within the UK.
International Delivery Costs:
- Shipping costs for orders outside the UK are calculated based on weight and distance. This will be automatically applied at checkout.
Delivery Times:
- UK Delivery: 1 to 3 working days.
- International Delivery: 7 to 10 working days, though it often takes less time.
- All orders are dispatched within two working days unless otherwise specified. If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you via email, and you can choose to wait or receive a refund.
Depending on the weight and contents of your order, we may use Royal Mail, UPS, or DHL for delivery.
Your order may require a signature, so if you won’t be available to sign for it, please provide an alternate address (e.g., work address).
Specific Delivery Timeframes:
- UK orders: Expect delivery within 5 working days.
- Europe: Expect delivery within 10 working days.
- Outside Europe: Expect delivery within 10 working days.
All orders under 1kg are shipped via UPS. If you miss the delivery, you will receive an email with details to reschedule or arrange pickup. These deliveries will require a signature upon receipt.
For orders between 1-5kg, we also use UPS, and a signature will be required on delivery.
We do not charge any handling or packaging fees—just the postage costs we incur. Please note, customers outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes. For further information on additional taxes, please contact your local customs office.

Important: Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for items not delivered due to incorrect address details.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards, downloadable software products, some health and personal care items.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without getting in touch first. We can resolve or help in most cases.
Returns Policy:
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, we are happy for you to cancel and return any "as new" and unused goods. However, you must contact us in writing (letter or email) to cancel your contract within seven working days after the day of delivery. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. You must return the cancelled order to us as soon as possible. If you cancel, you must return the goods to us and ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
If you are returning the entire order you will be entitled to a full refund (eg the cost of the returned products and your original delivery costs). However, if you are returning part of an order, you will be entitled to a refund for the cost of the returned item but not the delivery costs. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and your actions result in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
According to Shopify, Stripe and other third party software the refund will take between 5 and 10 days to appear in your bank. Most refunds arrive sooner.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.
Faulty goods:
If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us by e-mail within seven working days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@enrichd.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Changes to Terms:
These terms were last updated on 15/08/2024. They apply to your current order, and we may update our terms at any time, so please review them before placing future orders.
