Shipping policy

At Enrichd, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you quickly and efficiently. Please find the details of our shipping policies below:

UK Delivery Costs:

  • Flat delivery fee of £3.95 for all UK mainland orders.
  • Free delivery on orders over £64.

International Delivery Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and distance of the shipment.

Delivery Times:

  • UK Delivery: 1 to 3 working days.
  • International Delivery: 7 to 10 working days (often less).
  • All orders are dispatched within two working days unless otherwise stated.
  • If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email, offering the option to wait or receive a refund.

Delivery Methods:

  • Orders weighing under 1kg will be sent via Royal Mail, and an email will be sent with delivery or pick-up details if you're unavailable during the first delivery attempt. A signature will be required upon receipt.
  • Orders weighing 1-5kg will also be sent via Royal Mail, and will require a signature upon delivery.
  • Depending on the weight and contents of your order, we may use Royal Mail, Hermes, or TNT for deliveries.

Additional Information:

  • If you're unavailable to sign for your delivery, please provide an alternate address (e.g., a work address).
  • For UK orders, you should receive your goods within 5 working days of dispatch.
  • For European orders, delivery is expected within 8 working days.
  • For orders outside of Europe, delivery is expected within 10 working days.

Customs & Duties:

  • We don’t charge any handling or packaging fees; you simply pay the postage charges that we incur.
  • Customers outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes. For more information on additional charges, please contact your local customs and revenue office.

Incorrect Address:

Please ensure that your address is entered correctly. We cannot be held responsible for any loss if an incorrect address is provided.
