Shipping policy

We want your order with you quickly, safely and without any fuss. Here's how delivery works:

UK Delivery

• Standard – Royal Mail Tracked: £3.95, usually arriving in 2–3 working days.
• Free standard delivery on all UK orders over £45.
• Next Day – Royal Mail Tracked: £4.95. Order by 1pm Monday to Friday and it should be with you the next working day.

Every UK order is tracked, and no signature is needed. We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way. If it can't be left safely, Royal Mail will leave a card so you can arrange redelivery or collection.

Ordering after 1pm on a Friday, at the weekend or on a bank holiday? No problem – we'll send it out on the next working day.

International Delivery

• Shipping is worked out automatically at checkout, based on the weight of your order and where it's going.
• Orders usually arrive within 7–10 working days (often sooner).
• Orders outside the UK may be subject to local import taxes – your local customs office can tell you more.

A Few Good-to-Knows

• We don't add handling or packaging fees – you only pay the postage.
• Occasionally, depending on the size of your order, we may use another tracked courier.
• If something is out of stock, we'll email you straight away so you can choose to wait or have a refund.
• Please double-check your address at checkout – we can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address.
