Refund policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, including the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us before sending your purchase back, as we can often help resolve issues directly.

Cancellation & Returns:

In line with the Distance Selling Regulations, you can cancel and return any "as new" and unused goods. You must notify us in writing (letter or email) to cancel your contract within seven working days after the day of delivery. No reason for cancellation is required, though a brief explanation helps us improve our service. Once canceled, you must return the goods as soon as possible, ensuring they are packaged to avoid damage.

Refunds for returns:

  • If returning the entire order, you will receive a full refund (including the cost of the products and your original delivery costs).
  • For partial returns, you will only be refunded for the returned item(s), not the delivery costs.
  • If you do not return the goods, we will collect them and charge you the direct cost of collection. Damaged goods due to lack of care before the return may incur charges for the reduction in value.

Refunds are processed through Shopify, Stripe, or other third-party services and typically take between 5 to 10 days to appear in your bank account.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.

Faulty Goods:

If your goods are faulty, please contact us via email within seven working days of receipt, and we will arrange a replacement. We will handle this matter in line with your legal rights.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refunds:

  • If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.
  • If you still haven’t received your refund after these steps, please contact us at hello@enrichd.com.

Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please email hello@enrichd.com and send your item to:

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the return is received. If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please use a trackable shipping service like UPS. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
