When you don't succumb to the distraction you begin to retrain your brain into focus and greater periods of concentration.
In this way, it's a bit like a muscle.
Neglect it and it may become less potent, weaker.
On the other hand if you train it, support it, resist those moments you feel like changing task for no reasons other than it's a distraction, you re-train yourself to stay focused, on your mission :)
Add in Lion's Mane mushroom and you're setting yourself up for superhero-like focus and comprehension of information. A greater "bandwidth" if you will....
