Reishi Spores vs. Love Reishi (fruiting body)

In general, Reishi is for the immune system and said to Calm the mind and enhance wisdom, bringing about greater inner peace. 

The difference between Spore and Fruiting body? The spores tend to lean more towards balance (think hormones and general wellbeing) and immune support as well as a greater concentration of highly desirable triterpenes - though with limited studies the triterpene claim isn't fully substantiated - cultivation and extraction methods for bioavailability are key here.
