☎️ ☎️ Your tongue speaks to your kidneys? 👅👅

I just sat and felt the desire to offer these three points to ponder...  

1) Your eyes, your tongue, your nose, your brain… your LIVER, KIDNEYS, SPLEEN, the entire digestive system, your entire physical being (and beyond?) are connected and there is a beautiful communication network happening, communication you have the  

2) “We’re addicted to our beliefs; we’re addicted to the emotions of our past. We see our beliefs as truths, and not as ideas that we can change” Dr Joe Dispenza.

It’s a chemical factory inside the human body! 

Are you triggering the ones you believe you wish to through your actions and thoughts and can you observe those for a moment or two and see.

On that note, I wonder if you can uncover some beliefs this week and take a step even closer to your desired state while living. 

3) What have you set yourself up for this week? A week of the same - which might be awesome…(?) Or perhaps one or some small changes to nudge your course of direction to greater health, peace of mind, connection and health…
