We've just brought four mushroom tinctures into the range – Chaga, Reishi, Lion's Mane and Cordyceps. Same Integrity/Intensity approach as everything else we make, just in a format that's even easier to stick with day to day.
- Genuinely convenient – just a few drops under the tongue or into your drink, wherever you are.
- Ultrasonic water-alcohol dual extraction – a method that's still pretty rare, designed to draw out a broad range of each mushroom's natural compounds.
- Lower alcohol than most – ours sits at 22% vol, lower than a lot of tinctures on the market, so it's a smaller ask on your system for the same daily dose.
Why we love this format
A tincture is already dissolved and ready to absorb – the extraction does the hard work upfront, so it gets into your system quickly and fits into your day even quicker. A few drops takes seconds, and it travels well too, so it's just as easy to keep up the routine at your desk as it is at home. Add it to your morning coffee, an evening tea, or take it straight.
Why Estonia?
The honest first answer: my gran, Aino, was Estonian. I grew up hearing about the forests, the mushroom picking and the cold, clean winters, so it always felt like home. But that's not why our tinctures are made there – these are:
- Forests everywhere – around half of Estonia is covered in forest, much of it birch, which is where Chaga grows. Foraging is part of everyday life there; mushrooms aren't a trend.
- Clean air, clean growing – Estonia is known for some of the cleanest air in Europe, and our mushrooms are organically grown or wild harvested in that environment.
- Real expertise – our tinctures are made by specialists with over 10 years of experience growing and extracting mushrooms. That's where our ultrasonic double extraction comes from.
- EU standards, every batch – grown and made under strict EU quality and safety rules, then third-party lab tested before it reaches you.
- Giving back – our producer invests in biodiversity, reforestation and carbon capture, and our packaging uses FSC-certified paper and card.
So yes, there's a family connection – but we'd only put our name on it because the quality stands up on its own.
Chaga – the King of Mushrooms
Chaga's the one we lean on for everyday resilience – immune support, and helping the body deal with oxidative stress. It's been used in Siberian and Northern European traditional medicine for centuries, and it's easy to see why once you've used it for a couple of weeks: steadier energy, fewer sniffles through a British winter, that "shielded" feeling day to day. It's become one of our UK customers' favourites for exactly that reason.
How to use it: 1.6ml (about 40 drops) once a day is the maximum recommended dose – add it to your morning coffee or tea, or take it straight.
Reishi – for calmer evenings
Reishi's an adaptogen, which means it helps your body respond to stress rather than doing any one specific thing – but where most people notice it is in the evening. Easier wind-downs, steadier mood, a bit more calm before bed. Pairs beautifully with cacao if you want to make an actual ritual out of it rather than just another supplement.
How to use it: A few drops in the evening, in a warm drink or straight under the tongue.
Lion's Mane – for focus and memory
Lion's Mane is the one people reach for when they want sharper focus without the jittery edge of caffeine. It's linked to nerve growth factor (NGF), which plays a role in maintaining and repairing brain cells – which is why it's become the go-to for anyone doing deep work or just wanting less brain fog.
How to use it: Take it in the morning or before a task that needs concentration – it layers well with Chaga if you want both energy and focus covered.
Cordyceps – for steadier energy
Cordyceps is the one for stamina – traditionally used to support endurance and how your body uses oxygen, so it's popular with anyone training or just wanting to get through an afternoon without the 3pm slump. Unlike coffee, it's not about a spike – it's a steadier lift that doesn't leave you crashing later.
How to use it: Best taken earlier in the day, ideally 20–30 minutes before exercise or whenever you need sustained energy rather than a quick hit.
A few things people ask us
Can I take more than one tincture at a time? Yes – Chaga and Lion's Mane in the morning, Reishi in the evening is a common combination. Just stick to the recommended dose for each.
How long until I notice something? Most people say a couple of weeks of consistent use before it really settles in – these aren't stimulants, so it's a gradual shift rather than an instant effect.
How do I store them? Somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight – no need to refrigerate.
